The soundtrack for Vikram Bhatt’s horror-romance sequel Haunted 3D: Echoes of the Past (2026) successfully revives the moody, melancholic, and melody-driven acoustic atmosphere that defines classic Bollywood horror music. The 9-track album leans heavily into sweeping string orchestrations, haunting piano arrangements, and deeply expressive vocal performances to capture a sense of timeless, tragic romance. At the emotional heart of the record is Mohit Chauhan’s stellar performance on “Janmo Janam,” an ethereal ballad built on slow-tempo acoustic guitars that beautifully echoes the longing of lost souls, while Raghav Chaitanya gives the melody a contemporary, punchy update on the “Janmo Janam – Genz Mix.” Jubin Nautiyal anchors the middle of the album with his signature soft-rock vocal textures on the heartbreaking “Dard,” alongside the hauntingly delicate duet “Raaz Hai” by Palak Muchhal and lead composer Prateek Walia. By mixing grand orchestral grief with modern acoustic arrangements, the album delivers a deeply atmospheric sonic experience that feels comfortably nostalgic yet effectively eerie.
