While the album leans on dynamic party fuel like Harrdy Sandhu’s high-octane club track “Wow”, the real undisputed champion of this record is White Noise Collectives and Vayu’s breakout wedding anthem, “Vyah Karwado Ji”. It is an absolute masterclass in celebratory Punjabi-pop fusion! Mika Singh brings his iconic, thunderous vocal swagger, trading lightning-fast energy with a flawlessly sassy Asees Kaur. The brilliant production stacks addictive dhol beats under a brilliantly sharp hook that practically forces you onto the dance floor.
Conversely, the album’s heavy attempt at nostalgia—the roar-heavy recreation of Anu Malik’s 1999 classic “Chunari Chunari”—falls noticeably flat. Even with added energetic rhythms by Akshay & IP, the remake lacks the infectious, effortless charm of the original 90s piece, feeling a bit too mechanical and overly polished for its own good. Thankfully, the album’s pacing is beautifully rescued by White Noise Studios’ dreamy, slow-burn romantic ballad “Tera Ho Jaun”, which features an elegant vocal masterclass by Stebin Ben and Jonita Gandhi to ground the film’s wild comic energy.
