The The Body (2019) soundtrack is a diverse collection of seven tracks that blend suspenseful thriller themes with romantic melodies. Composed by a collaborative team including ArkoShamir Tandon, and Tanishk Bagchi, the album is headlined by the popular remake “Jhalak Dikhlaja Reloaded,” which features Himesh Reshammiya revisiting his iconic hit with modern electronic production. Released under the T-Series label, the soundtrack also offers soulful ballads like “Aaina“—a soothing romantic track featuring the vocals of Tulsi KumarNeha Kakkar, and Arko—and the poignant “Khuda Haafiz,” sung by Arijit Singh. While critics noted that the romantic songs sometimes slowed the film’s gritty narrative pace, the album was praised for its individual tracks, including Shreya Ghoshal’s melodic solo “Itna Pyaar Karo” and the emotive “Rom Rom“.

“Jhalak Dikhlaja Reloaded” is the high-octane promotional anthem from the 2019 thriller The Body. Recreated by Tanishk Bagchi, the track is a modernized version of Himesh Reshammiya’s iconic 2006 chartbuster from the film Aksar. While the song retains the signature “nasal” vocals and high-energy hook of the original singer, it is infused with contemporary EDM beats, heavy bass drops, and polished electronic synths designed for 2020s club scenes..
