This recreation, sung by Benny Dayal and Anmol Malik, successfully updates the original’s catchy tune with a modern party feel and the return of Shilpa Shetty to the dance floor, paying homage to the original’s legacy while appealing to a new audience. In contrast, the album also includes the sweet, original romantic number “Pehli Baar,” sung by Benny Dayal. This track shifts focus to the lead pair’s college romance with a vibrant and upbeat vocal performance by Dayal, offering a lighter, melodious tune that provides a refreshing balance to the album’s otherwise boisterous energy.
